Cress or Argula Butter, Nut Butter, or any other flavored butter can be substituted for the chutney butter in these biscuits.
Prepare the biscuits for Ham Biscuits. While the biscuits are baking, stir together:
8 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons mango chutney
Pinch of curry powder
Pinch of salt
When the biscuits are cool enough to handle, split them, spread with the chutney butter, and make sandwiches with:
12 ounces sliced turkey breast
Serve warm or at room temperature, or to serve the assembled biscuits hot, heat on a baking sheet in a 350┬░F oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
